Evans Randall Investors are a private equity real estate business located in Auckland who have recently undertaken an office refurbishment. We managed the total project including all site sub trades, and manufactured and installed the full fit out and signage.

The prime bottega oak wall panels with radiused internal corner junctions are a beautiful standout feature. The challenging part of this project was incorporating bi-folding doors that allowed the kitchenette, wardrobe and print room to be concealed then applying a large scale vinyl image of Auckland’s street map seamlessly over the joinery, bulkheads & walls. The outcome however was a high end modern finish.
